I am a Gluten Free & Creative Arts Advocate, Writer, Author & Entrepreneur, sharing my Gluten Free Creative Journey!
Here is some more about me…
I published my first Book, Computers and Internet Easy Guide, in 2003. I wrote my first Book for my Mum during a career transition. My Book was also used by businesses to teach their employees Computer Literacy at that time.
In 2012 I published another Computer Book for Children, I went to a Computer Class… Guess what my Teacher taught me? dedicated to my Son.
In 2012, I also started Exposure Magazine. It was later renamed MARACAS Magazine, which ran from 2012 – 2017. This was one of my greatest joys, created through my advocacy to showcase the Creative Arts.
In 2019 my Gluten Free & Creative Journey began after I found out that I am allergic to Gluten and due to a series of events over the years, I came to the realisation that I have always been allergic to Gluten. I will share more about this with you in my soon to be published book based on Gluten-Free Living.
It was not easy at first, I had to start reading food labels and understand the latin or scentific names for all food types. I started sharing home-made Gluten-Free dishes prepared by me, and Gluten-Free Reviews on my social media platforms about gluten-free cuisine, to highlight the need for more Gluten-Free options within the Food and Drink Catering Industry. I live in the Caribbean and on the Island that I live on, there are not many Gluten-Free options and alternatives within the Food and Drink Catering Industry.
In 2019 I also founded Gluten Free Creative, a general brand, as well as a clothing brand for all, designed to share awareness through fashion.
